Journal of Vocational and Technical Education (JVTE) is an interdisciplinary peer-reviewed journal published by School of Vocational and Technical Education, Nwafor Orizu College of Education, Nsugbe. JVTE is devoted to the promotion of excellence in empirical and theoretical research and the dissemination of research reports as tools for learning.
The aim of JVTE is to provide an international forum for the publication of full length articles that contribute to the understanding of the main and related areas of Vocational and Technical Education which maybe quantitative or qualitative in nature.

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
PUBLICATION SCHEDULE
Journal of Vocational and Technical Education is published bi-annually. However, accepted articles may be hosted on-line prior to their inclusion in the JVTE volume/issue.

JVTE is devoted to the promotion of excellence in empirical and theoretical research and the dissemination of research report as tools for learning. The aim of JVTE is to provide an international forum for the publication of full length articles that contribute to the understanding of the main and related areas of Vocational and Technical Education which maybe quantitative or qualitative in nature.
The journal publishes works that have be assessed by the reviewers and found to have a novel and substantial contribution to knowledge. The journal welcomes articles from researchers, academics and industrialists with interdisciplinary orientation. JVTE seeks to grow the variety of vocational skills and technology knowledge by maintaining a liberal publishing policy. Authors are encouraged to write in English language.
Article published or under consideration elsewhere are not allowed in JVTE.
PEER REVIEW
Journal of Vocational and Technical Education subjects submitted articles to double blind peer review process. Where there is a tie of publishable and not-publishable from the reviewers, the article will be sent to a third reviewer. The reviewers’ comments are sent to the authors for corrections. In most cases the reviewers will have to confirm that corrections are done as recommended before editorial decision.
OPEN ACCESS POLICY
This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge. To provide open access, this journal has a review fee of #4,000 and publication fee of #20,000 payable by the authors.
