Candidates who chose or may not have made the college their choice but wish to be considered for admission are invited.  Interested candidate should visit  nocen.edu.ng/portal , select programme of their choice and click “APPLY”  followed by “Registration”. Fill the online registration form  to generate Remita for payment of #2,000 (Two Thousand Naira) in the bank.
